OUR STORY

TOM

It started quietly, and then it didn't. Pain in both legs, mirrored exactly, that made standing harder each week until it was impossible.

I ended up in a wheelchair unable to walk or take care of myself properly, existing in a state of daily chronic pain.

What followed was a search for an explanation. I sat across from one specialist after another, each with their own equipment and their own theory, and no two theories quite the same. More scans. More tests, each one more elaborate and isolated than the last. Everything came back unremarkable and no one could point me in the direction of clarity and understanding. What I began to notice, in this revolving door of appointments, was that the further the investigation travelled, the further it got from anything resembling my actual life — what I ate, what I absorbed, what I did with my days. I left each consultation having spoken, yet still without an answer.

It took me longer than it should have to consider that the answer might be simpler than the machinery being pointed at it.

At some point, waiting stopped being a plan. Tolerating inaction was no longer an option.

So I turned my attention inward and began the slow work of noticing. What I ate. What I absorbed. What I was carrying, physically and otherwise. How I moved on the good days, and how I rested on the others. I read widely and sceptically. I tried things on myself, kept honest notes, and let go of whatever didn't earn its place. Progress arrived in increments small enough to miss — until one day they weren't.

I walk now. Both legs, full function, no pain. In fact, I run.

Everything I gathered along the way — the sequence, the structure, the daily disciplines I built my life around — became this program. It was never designed as a product. It was the map I drew while I was still finding my way, and it exists here only because it might save someone else a few wrong turns.

If you're somewhere near where I once was: I've been there. This is what I learned.

ELSA

I have a natural propensity to wander and wonder. This guiding curiosity brought me from a tiny town off Route 66 to the other side of the world.

And when I got here I noticed parallel patterns of disharmony worlds away. Crowded medical systems. Overabundance of prescription drugs. Communities surrounded by monocrops and plagued with mysterious illness. Empty promises and full pockets of politicians. Intolerance for those deemed lesser.

The similarities were striking so I tuned in. I chatted with the locals. I made art.

Among the despondency, I found a spectrum of hope. Conversations bloomed with mirrored intention. Age old wisdom emerged from the past. The collective consciousness awakening.

I met Tom planting seeds at a community garden and his journey was absolutely intriguing. My intuition tingled, my curiosity peaked and I dove into researching and experimenting with dietary changes and supplements. I organised and synthesized Tom’s findings and tried it on myself.

I have lived with “tummy troubles” for the last 15 years. Bloating, uncomfortable gas and irregularity have shown up again and again with no solution and no clear explanation.

My tummy troubles disappeared. I can actually feel when things are being digested and how my body is processing them. I am regular and only bloat when I eat things that aren’t really “food” to begin with.

But the best part was the emotional transformation. A deeper tuning in, more conscious connection, like my emotional pipes were unclogged and everything I was holding could finally release.

And that release led me back to my wondering.  Who else is living in quiet acceptance of bodily discomfort? Does the world we live in truly impact our bodies that much? How do I share this truth?

This powerful transformation in my body and mind was one I could not keep quiet. A solution to patterns of toxicity plaguing the world. The connection of mind, body, and spirit actualized. Intentional Realignment envisioned.
